After a long day, the joy of settling into my evening skincare routine is hard to beat. It’s not just about skin health; this ritual lets me unwind and pamper myself before drifting off to sleep. Exfoliation is essential for revealing brighter, healthier skin, but I perform this step only a few times a week. This helps remove dead skin cells that can dull my complexion.


I usually choose a gentle chemical exfoliant like The Ordinary’s Glycolic Acid 7% Toning Solution. Such products help enhance skin texture without the irritation that can come with physical scrubs.
